Refunds and Returns

At Almoon we aim to offer you the best shopping experience and customer support you've ever experienced with an online store. 

If you're not absolutely loving your product and you want to return it, get a replacement or simply a refund, we will do our best so you're 100% satisfied with your experience buying from us because we care for you.

Here's our policy:

Our returns/refunds policy lasts 45 days from the date of purchase.

During that time you can shoot us an email at support@almoon.store, we'll give you a return address and will issue you a refund as soon as the product is sent back to us. We will refund you 100%* of the price of the product within 1-3 business days from the return date. No questions asked. We'll just require a receipt or proof of the items being sent back. (Courier receipt)
The returned products must be in perfect conditions: unused, with all the tags. 


*we can't refund shipping costs. The customer shall pay for any customs and taxes (if applicable) and the shipping costs for sending the product back to us in case of a return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 45 days after shipping.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do not forget to do the following: 

  • First, check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@almoon.store.


Exchanges 

If you need to exchange it for the same item (i.e. the size doesn't fit you or we sent you the wrong model), send us an email at support@almoon.store


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Underwear and swimwear

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any return or exchange in purchases of underwear and swimwear. If you have bought a wrong size, get in touch with us at support@almoon.store and we'll find a solution for you ;) 

 

Faulty or broken items

At Almoon we try always our best to ensure that the correct items are sent, and also that they meet our quality standards. Nonetheless, if you receive a faulty item or it's broken, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@almoon.store
